Molly Anderson has been involved with Capital Trees since the very beginning, and is now serving her second term on our Board of Trustees. She brings legal experience to the Board, and has used it to help us navigate personnel and governance issues. She is particularly interested in helping foster our community engagement, and her long-term commitment to our work is a testament to her passion for our mission. Read our Q & A below to learn more about her and her perspective.
Starting in March of 2025, Capital Trees will celebrate 15 years of cultivating vibrant public landscapes. This anniversary symbolizes resilience, dedication, expertise, and a shared commitment to building a legacy that heals the soil, the soul, and communities. With 15 years behind us, we celebrate the past and make a promise for the future: to lead, inspire, and collaborate as we continue to work for a greener, healthier tomorrow. Fifteen years ago, we did more than plant trees — we sowed the seeds for what would become an essential path to creating a thriving Richmond. Follow along at Capital Trees turns 15! Thank you to our March 20 15th Anniversary Event Sponsors!
