April is Kids in the Garden Month!

April is a great time for people of all ages to engage with greenspaces! The weather is mild, the flowers are blooming, and we’re all a bit stir crazy from a long cold winter. To celebrate Kids in the Garden Month this April and to encourage you to take your little one on an outing to the Low Line, we created this printable resource for a fun family outing. Print out a copy for each kiddo in your group, grab a crayon, and head to the Low Line to play a Low-Line-Gardens-themed game of “I spy” and check off all the items we identify on this sheet! Don’t forget to encourage your young companions to use the rest of the crayons in the box to bring the drawing to life with all the vibrant spring colors that can be seen along the Low Line.

We’d love to see your results! Snap a photo of your child’s completed print-out and share it on social, tagging us on Facebook or Instagram so that we can join in on the fun.
